Stop saying yes to everything. Start working on your own terms.

I want to make sure you enjoy work without it working you into the ground.

If this feels familiar, you’re not broken.

You’re good at your job. You care. You’re reliable.

And somehow that’s turned into:

Being the default yes-person

Doing work that isn’t yours

Working longer hours and still having a longer todo list than everyone else

Feeling resentful, exhausted, and quietly overwhelmed

This isn’t a confidence issue. It isn’t a time-management problem. It’s a boundaries problem. And that's a skill I can help you learn.

Practical and proven methods that you can implement today to feel less stressed and overwhelmed.

"Really practical!"

"This was such a helpful workshop - I was scribbling down notes all the way through!" - Janet

Boundaries don’t make you difficult. They make you clear.

You don’t need to quit your job. You don’t need to become confrontational. You don’t need to 'just cope better'.

You need practical tools, the right language, and support to hold boundaries in real workplaces.

That’s exactly what I help you build.

We were frustrated that nobody out there seemed to be teaching people how to set boundaries properly at work, so we decided to change that and create it ourselves!

Emily, Operations Director

“I loved my 1:1 coaching with Lindsey! She massively helped me implement & maintain boundaries at work and helped me to understand what a good work life balance looks like for me.”

Amy, Manager

I used to think boundaries meant confrontation. Now I realise they’re self-respect. I’m leaving work at 5:30 and not apologising for it.

John, Executive

This was the first time I said no to a senior manager and didn’t feel awful after. The scripts gave me the words and the check-in helped me believe I could actually do it.

Hi, I’m Lindsey.

I started my career almost 15 years ago, working in financial services institutions. I loved it. I was able to creative, grow and spent time working with incredibly talented people.

But I got used to being the reliable one, the one that would say yes to everything. That was until I suffered from burnout and then had a breakdown which forced me to reassess everything.

Now I help people who were where I was a few years before my breakdown. To understand how and why they need to set boundaries that actually work in the real world. Not fluffy self-care. Not advice that gets you labelled 'difficult'.

Take our anonymous employee wellbeing survey

After years of working with middle managers in corporate roles, witnessing the hidden stories of overwhelm, disconnection, and quiet retreat, I kept returning to one question: Where is the real data? The unfiltered truth? The stuff that doesn’t get captured when the survey shows 'mostly satisfied'?

So I created my own survey. The Real Employee Wellbeing Survey. It's completely anonymous - so I want to hear the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to employee wellbeing
