I’m Lindsey. An accredited coach who has been there and got the t-shirt when it comes to living a life being frazzled, overwhelmed and burned out.

In 2019, I decided enough was enough and I retrained to be a life-coach. Now I work with my clients to help them define what success looks like for them and get them to where they want to be.

This is your journey, your goals, your life. I’m just providing a solid framework that has helped get results for my clients.

FAQ’s

  • We start in January 2025

    You’ll be invited into the community a week beforehand to get ready!

    You can secure your spot from 10th December

  • WeekIy: It will take about 10/15 minutes a week to fill in your weekly check ins. That’s the bare minimum. There are weekly mindset sessions that will be 30 mins and recorded.

    Monthly: The milestone check-ins will be an hour. They will also be recorded so you can watch afterwards

  • Yes, absolutely! We have a goal setting session as our first session together. I take you through the ‘steps to success’ which will help you plan out the next 90 days. There will also be mindset sessions and resources shared to help set yourself up fo success.

  • No, you don’t - although it is nice to share with the rest of the group what you’re focusing on for 90 days. Noone else sees your weekly check-ins apart from me, so I can help keep you On Track.

  • I hold you accountable to do what you said you’d do. I will call you out if you’re not showing up for yourself as you promised yourself you would. I’ll also point out if you’re being waaaay too harsh on yourself (usually happens) and then help you overcome those obstacles.
