Last updated: 6 May 2026

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("you", "the Client") and Goal Digger Coaching ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Lindsey Roberts.

By booking any service, programme, workshop, or coaching package with us, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't proceed with a booking.

2. Who we are

Goal Digger Coaching is a coaching business based in London, United Kingdom.

Contact details:

Email: [email protected]

Business address: Hey's Business Services, 7 Dyson Wood Way, Huddersfield HD2 1GN

3. Our services

We offer:

1:1 coaching packages (The Reset, The Upgrade, The Main Character Year, and bespoke arrangements)

Group programmes (including 6 Weeks to Sustainable Success)

Workshops and masterclasses (including the Boundaries Masterclass)

Corporate coaching, training, and consultancy

The specific deliverables, duration, and format of each service are described on the relevant page of our website at the time of purchase.

4. Booking and payment

4.1 Prices are listed on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4.2 Payment is taken at the point of booking via Stripe. Payment plans, where offered, are managed via Stripe and are subject to clause 7 below.

4.3 Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you've received an email confirmation from us.

4.4 All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.

5. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling off period)

5.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

5.2 Important: If you wish to start your coaching, attend any session, or access any digital content (including masterclass replays or workbooks) within those 14 days, you'll be asked to expressly waive your cooling-off rights for any services already delivered. You'll still be able to cancel the remainder of the package, but you'll be charged for what's been provided up to that point.

5.3 To cancel within the 14-day window, email us at [YOUR EMAIL] with your name and order reference.

5.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the original payment method.

6. Refund policy

6.1 Outside of the 14-day cooling off period (or once you've waived it under clause 5.2), all coaching packages, programmes, workshops, and digital products are non-refundable.

6.2 This includes:

The Reset, The Upgrade, The Main Character Year, and any bespoke 1:1 packages

6 Weeks to Sustainable Success

The Boundaries Masterclass

Any other workshop or programme purchased

6.3 Exceptions:

If we cancel a session, programme, or service and can't reschedule, you'll receive a pro-rata refund for the cancelled portion

The 6 Weeks to Sustainable Success programme includes a money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions stated on the programme page (you must attend sessions live, complete worksheets, and complete the pre and post questionnaires)

In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or bereavement), we may offer to pause your package or transfer it to a future date at our discretion. This is a goodwill gesture, not an obligation.

6.4 Refunds are not available simply because you've changed your mind, become too busy, decided coaching isn't for you, or aren't seeing the results you hoped for as quickly as expected.

7. Payment plans and instalments

7.1 Where payment plans are offered, you agree to pay the full amount of the package across the agreed instalment schedule, regardless of whether you continue to attend sessions or engage with the programme.

7.2 The instalment plan is a payment method for the whole package, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement. By choosing an instalment plan, you're committing to pay the full price across the agreed schedule.

7.3 If a payment fails, we'll contact you to resolve it. If payment isn't made within 14 days of the failed attempt, we reserve the right to suspend your access to coaching, materials, or community spaces until payment is up to date.

7.4 If you decide to stop attending coaching mid-package, you remain liable for the remaining instalments. The only exceptions are clause 6.3 (where we cancel) or clause 7.5 (where we end the agreement).

7.5 If we end the coaching relationship under clause 12, you will not be liable for any remaining instalments after the termination date.

8. Rescheduling and missed sessions

8.1 24+ hours notice: You can reschedule any 1:1 coaching session free of charge by giving at least 24 hours notice. Use email or your booking link to reschedule.

8.2 Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

8.3 Group programmes (such as the 6-week programme) follow a fixed schedule. Recordings are provided for missed sessions, but live attendance is strongly encouraged for the full benefit. Missed live sessions cannot be reclaimed individually.

8.4 We will give you as much notice as possible if we need to reschedule a session on our side. Where possible, sessions will be moved within the same week.

9. Coaching package validity

9.1 Coaching packages must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase (e.g. The Reset within 3 months from your first session, The Upgrade within 6 months, etc.).

9.2 Sessions not used within this period are forfeited unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9.3 We may, at our discretion, agree to extend the package timeframe in exceptional circumstances.

10. Your responsibilities as a client

To get the most from coaching, you agree to:

Show up to sessions on time and prepared

Engage honestly and openly during sessions

Take responsibility for your own actions, decisions, and outcomes

Communicate any concerns directly with us so we can address them

Treat us, other clients, and any community members with respect

11. Nature of coaching

11.1 Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice.

11.2 While coaching can support significant personal and professional change, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Your results depend on your engagement, action-taking, and individual circumstances.

11.3 If we feel that coaching is not the right support for you, or that you would benefit more from another form of support (such as therapy or medical care), we'll discuss this with you openly. You're encouraged to seek appropriate professional help where needed.

11.4 Lindsey Roberts is an accredited life coach and adheres to professional coaching ethics, including confidentiality.

12. Our right to end the agreement

We reserve the right to end the coaching agreement, with no further sessions delivered and no further instalments charged, if:

You behave abusively, aggressively, or inappropriately towards us or other clients

You repeatedly miss sessions without notice

You breach these Terms in a material way

We feel coaching is no longer in your best interests and a referral to another professional is more appropriate

In these cases, we'll communicate the decision in writing. Refunds for unused sessions in this scenario are at our discretion, except where required by law.

13. Confidentiality

13.1 What you share in coaching sessions stays confidential. We won't share session content, personal details, or specific examples without your explicit written consent.

13.2 Exceptions:

Where we're legally required to disclose information (e.g. court order, safeguarding obligations)

Where we believe there's a serious risk of harm to you or others

Anonymised, non-identifying examples used in marketing or training (e.g. "I worked with a client who was struggling with X" with no identifying details)

13.3 You also agree to keep confidential any group coaching content, fellow participants' contributions, and any materials we share.

14. Intellectual property

14.1 All content provided as part of our services — including workbooks, frameworks, scripts, recordings, and digital downloads — remains our intellectual property.

14.2 You're granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own benefit. You may not:

Share, resell, or redistribute our materials

Reproduce them publicly (e.g. on social media, in your own training materials)

Use them to deliver coaching or training to others

14.3 Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

15. Group programmes and community spaces

15.1 If your service includes access to a group community (WhatsApp group, online forum, etc.), you agree to:

Treat all members with respect

Keep discussions confidential

Not promote your own services or products without permission

Not share other members' contributions outside the group

15.2 We reserve the right to remove participants from group spaces who breach these rules, with no refund.

16. Liability

16.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that can't be excluded under UK law.

16.2 Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us under the relevant agreement.

16.3 We're not liable for:

Any business losses (loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, etc.)

Indirect or consequential losses

Outcomes that depend on your own engagement and action

17. Force majeure

We're not liable for delays or failure to deliver services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including illness, technical failures, government restrictions, or other emergencies. Where possible, we'll reschedule rather than cancel.

18. Data protection

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, available at goaldiggercoaching.co.uk/privacy-policy.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Significant changes will be communicated to existing clients by email. The Terms in force at the time of your booking are the ones that apply to that booking.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

21. Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint, please email us at [email protected] in the first instance. We'll aim to respond within 5 working days and resolve issues fairly.
